Hubspot is an integrated software solution that we use to cover various aspects of our online marketing. These include: Email Marketing, Social Media Publishing & Reporting, Reporting, Contact Management (e.g. user segmentation & CRM), Landing Pages and Contact Forms.

Our sign-up service allows visitors to our website to learn more about our company, download content, schedule an appointment and provide their contact information and other demographic information . This information, as well as our website content, is stored on servers operated by our software partner HubSpot. It may be used by us to contact visitors to our website and to determine which of our company’s services are of interest to them. All information we collect is subject to this privacy policy. We use all collected information exclusively to optimize our marketing measures.

Additional Provisions for Job Applications

If you apply by email for one of the positions listed on our job page, you agree to the storage and processing of all personal data, resumes, certificates, attestations, and the like that you send us. If you apply for one of our job postings via an external portal, you agree to that portal processing your data. If your application is rejected or you decide to decline our offer, your personal data will be deleted after three months unless we are legally obliged to retain them longer. You can revoke your consent at any time. If you revoke your consent to data processing and storage, we cannot further process your application. If you do not wish us to process your data electronically, you are free to send us all relevant documents by post to our company address in Munich. Please clearly indicate that you do not wish electronic processing and storage of your data.

Introduction
Accounts for the ExoMatter Dashboard (https://dashboard.exomatter.ai), are created by the ExoMatter team for our customers and partners. It is also possible to register as a demo user via https://dashboard.exomatter.ai/register/, which provides access to demo analyses that are not intended for productive use. Our services are exclusively aimed at professional users and academic staff and are not aimed at private individuals.

Consent to data storage and use
By creating your account or logging in, you agree to the storage and processing of your personal data (email address, password, and name) to provide our services to you. This also gives us permission to use and evaluate anonymized usage statistics to track the number of users on our sites and recognize recurring visits. If you have created a demo account and have also given your consent to receive marketing communications, we may contact you for marketing and business development purposes.

Liability for content
The data we provide has been collected to the best of our knowledge and belief, but we do not assume any liability for the accuracy and completeness of the data. ExoMatter provides a list of material candidates that we deem suitable for a particular application using our algorithms. The suitability of these candidates for a specific application, the safety of these materials, and their economic efficiency must always be checked by trained personnel. Our demo data sets are intended as a demonstration of the capabilities of the dashboard and cannot be used for productive use cases. The reproduction of the demo data and its transfer to third parties is not permitted. This does not apply to unchanged raw data collected by ExoMatter from publicly accessible sources.

Your obligations
If we have created a personalized data set for you, this data set is only intended for your organization. Any transfer of this data to third parties is only allowed with the express consent of ExoMatter. As a user, you are responsible for the security of your account. You must not disclose your account data (username and password) to third parties. Users are obliged to change their initial password after the first login to their account. Users must never disclose their account passwords to third parties, including the ExoMatter team. We decline any liability for unauthorized access to your data set by third parties resulting from unauthorized access to your password. Personalized data sets can be used for commercial and scientific purposes within your own organization and its subsidiaries. This also includes using this data as a starting point for your own research and development work leading to the development of new technologies and inventions. The transfer of parts or the entirety of the data to third parties (including scientific publications and patents) requires the express consent of ExoMatter. This does not apply to unchanged raw data collected by ExoMatter from publicly accessible sources. Reproduction and reverse engineering of our algorithms are not allowed. We reserve the right to immediately delete any user account if any of the above conditions are violated.
